  • No returns or refunds - Store credit will be given. 
  • If the package is lost, please use tracking number and corresponding delivery carrier. Feel free to contact me with any concers and we will try our best to accomodate a solution. 
  • While DML Paintings has no control of the package once it leaves the studio, in case of any damages at the time of delivery, please contact us and we will try our best to come up with a solution - but as mentioned above, there are no refunds or returns on damaged packages.
  • Shipping may take 1-2 weeks (depending on items/commissions ordered)
